When I open the attached file the email addresses appear as xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx. The email addresses are the most important part of the data to me. Is this a mistake or are they not available? Also can I use the information you have provided for marketing purposes?
The files I extract have the correct email addresses, and I am under the impression that there is a firewall or some other device blocking email addresses on the What Do They Know.com website, as I have received a fair number of similar reports over the last few weeks.
I have tried using the contact facility on that website to determine whaty is causing the problem but have yet to receve any explanation.
In the meantime I can issue the extract via another email address if the caller can supply one.
