UK police will not employ migrant workers, unless they have been resident in the UK for 3 years.

The request was refused by Home Office.

Dear Home Office,

Migrant workers are not allowed to work for the police until they have lived in the UK for at least 3 years, (because as stated in application forms, "migrant workers cant be checked for criminal records") but in the interim time can work with vulnerable people. So as this is the case why are police constabularies not informing Disclosure and Barring Service/Care quality Commission that as a matter of fact migrants cant be checked for criminal records".

1] What is the reason that UK police constabularies will not employ migrant workers who have not been resident in the UK for 3 years ?

2] Why is the Disclosure and Barring Service or the Care Quality Commission not aware of the implications of the 2 two tier system going on ?

3] A MP has verified that migrant workers cannot be checked for criminal records from blitzed countries, so will you clarify your position ?

Kind regards,

The questions put the Home Office are concise, their is no reason why they won't answer them other than in my opinion to hide something they don't want the public to know about. But none the less i know for a fact" i am correct in my research and hope people take note of the corruption ! Ask the army, ask the police questions and ask for a concise reply, not just for employment reasons.....
