Dear Police Stratergy and Reform Unit,

I require a full name when replying to my FOI requests, it's very unprofessional to give me a name of a department representing a human being.

I require full disclosure of who created by virtue of the Policing Act 1996 which as you state is neither a private company or a local authority, please elaborate who who is in charge of the UK police constabularies, your'e definition is very vague by definition and requires you to elaborate.

Your reply is not up to date with what G4S are doing at present, so in other words" you have lied and i require full disclosure in order to avoid corruption.

Private security firm G4S to run Lincolnshire police station | UK news ...
https://www.theguardian.com › World › UK News › G4S 22 Feb 2012 - Private security firm G4S has been contracted to design, build and run a police station in Lincolnshire, in what is thought to be one of the most radical outsourcing deals seen so far in Britain. Under the £200m 10-year deal signed on Wednesday, more than 540 civilian police staff will join the company.

Dear J Conquest,

As every single police constabulary in the Uk is independent, there is no continuity in law at all. (although policy enforcers appear to be the same).

There is hardly any accountability with corrupt police constables or PCSO for that matter, so who takes responsibility for this ?

Every single police constable or PCSO is trained in legalese which is a foreign text language to trick men/women into thinking it is lawful, and police constables and PCSO think it's okay to treat men/women like this.

So you say we have our say at the ballot box, is the ballot box human in order to take the man/woman to court ?

So police constabularies outsource work like lots of corporations do, so are we customers ?

Can you tell me what your position is J Conquest in the information team please ?

Kind regards,

peter danby & associates

Dear FOI Responses,

No continuity with checks for criminal records >> Thousands of police on the beat without current background checks ... www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cornwall-3...
19 May 2017 - Thousands of police officers across the UK have not had up-to-date background checks to ensure they are suitable to serve. Figures reveal 90% of officers employed by one force have not been vetted in line with current policy. Vetting aims to help prevent corruption in the police by checking an officer or ..

In other words, once a man/woman is in the private, it's a different world for them, but if you live in the public, the corporations use statutes/acts to persecute hard working women/men.

Many victims may have been unfairly turned down for jobs or volunteering positions, or have had their reputations ... This was publicised in 2012, i wonder how worse it is now ?

The legal system of this country is so corrupt. Every police force is a Private (for profit) Company.
Private Companies cannot enforce Laws or Acts and Statutes on UK citizens.
