UK interference in 2016 US Election / FISA

The request was refused by Home Office.

Dear Home Office,

It appears that certain individuals and agencies in the UK may have interfered in the 2016 US election. It may show that that the unredacted 20 pages from the June 2017 US FISA application will show when released that UK, rather than Russia, actually colluded with a Presidential campaign to affect the outcome of the 2016 election.
The real collusion appears to be between Britain and the Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign /Obama administration.
Please give the individuals and agencies involved and any relevant communications which show this. It is a matter of huge worldwide public interest.

Yours faithfully,

Nick Redwood

Dear FOI Requests,
As far as i am aware there is no procedure for the Home office to delay the request further by 20 days, please reply immediately with the answer to my FOI which is over 60 days overdue.
It appears this is a device to delay further the duty of the Home Office to reply within 20days
"This Time Complaint has been assigned to a caseworker (case ref 50319). We will aim to send you a full response by 21/02/2019 which is twenty working days from the date we received your request."

FOI Requests, Home Office

Dear Nick Redwood,

Thank you for contacting the Home Office. Please be aware that a time
complaint is handled separately from your FOI request. A time complaint is
carried out to investigate the delay with the response to your FOI request
and is therefore allocated a separate target date.

We will aim to send you a full response to your time complaint by
21/02/2019 which is twenty working days from the date we received your
request.

Thank you,

N McKenzie

Dear FOI Requests,

Please therefore detail when the time complaint process links to the main foi process. That the process has been delayed by 60 days further to what is legally allowed is obvious within 23 seconds and the FOI process, the handler of the request and their supervisors as well as the head of department should be notified immediately to speed up the process and an immediate apology given.
To take 20 days to have a time complaint process on a request 60 days overdue is absurd and reflects badly on the Home Office

Yours sincerely,

Nick Redwood

Dear FOI Requests,

Further , please detail who carries out the time complaint process and who has not carried out the foi request who should have done

Yours sincerely,

Nick Redwood

Dear Home Office,

Please state what this means "just as soon as it possibly can."
You have a duty to reply within the limit of the UK statute and somebody must have some idea of when a reply can be made, considering the considerable delay already.
Please confirm also that the time review complaint internal review will not affect my rights to a internal review on the substantive reply, whenever the home office finally does reply

Yours faithfully,

Nick Redwood
