Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request information held on analysis conducted by the UK Government regarding the outcomes and effects of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on citizen participation, accountability, and democracy:

- Any internal reviews or assessments of FOI's effects on citizen engagement with government departments and agencies.
- Analysis of whether FOI has increased public trust, transparency, or feelings of democratic empowerment.
- Reports or data gathered across government on FOI's impacts on citizen understanding of policymaking.
- Assessments of whether FOI has improved government accountability.
