Dear Office for National Statistics,
I have requested the following information from MHRA, who have stated that they do not hold this information and have redirected me to ONS for answers.
Under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000, I request the following data to be released:
1. How many people have died after receiving one or two Covid-19 vaccinations in the United Kingdom, from the first date vaccination roll out began to the latest date death records are available at the time this email has been received.

We are responsible for the production of mortality data for England and
Wales, this is driven by information collected from the death certificate
at death registration. National Records Scotland (NRS) and Northern
Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for
statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Therefore, we do
not hold the requested information for the whole of the UK. If you would
like to request this data for Scotland and Northern Ireland, NRS and NISRA
can be contacted
at [email address] and [email address] respectively.
The number of deaths involving adverse reactions to the COVID-19
vaccination in England and Wales can be found in table 12 of
our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset. There are currently 0 deaths
registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this
change, they will be updated in this table.
It may interest you to know that we are currently developing our
analytical plans with an intention to publish analysis on the
effectiveness of vaccinations soon. Once we have finalised these plans a
publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.

Dear Office for National Statistics,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Office for National Statistics's handling of my FOI request 'U.K. deaths after Covid-19 vaccinations'.
You have failed to correctly address my request. I asked for the number of deaths (in England as I understand you do not hold data for all of the U.K.) of people having received any Covid-19 vaccination. You replied with reference to the number of people that had suffered adverse reactions to a Covid-19 vaccine. I did not ask for deaths as a result of adverse reactions.
Please can you clarify the number of deaths in England for all people that have received a Covid-19 vaccine, to the latest date this data is available. If these deaths can be categorised into relevant age categories, please include this information.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...
Thank you for your email.
We acknowledge your request for internal review. We will respond to you in due course.
