Dear University College London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University College London's handling of my FOI request dated 22 August 2016 relating to the Internal Quality Review of UCL Eastman Dental Institute (EDI) (www.ucl.ac.uk/srs/academic-manual/c6/iqr) carried out in 2015-2016.

I asked for the following three items:

1. Eastman Dental Institute's Self Evaluative Statement (see 3.7)
2. Written Feedback to the Eastman Dental Institute by the Review Team (see 3.10)
3. Internal Quality Review Report on Eastman Dental Institute (see 3.11)

I also asked for minutes of UCL Academic Committee (including any working groups or subcommittees) between September 2010 and August 2016 that relate specifically to the reporting, investigation or correction of marks errors and/or the incorrect awards given to students at the Eastman Dental Institute.

The response to this request is extremely overdue. By law, under all circumstances, UCL should have responded by now.
