UC migration training materials
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
This FOI request is in relation to applying for Universal Credit by phone only.
Please provide me with the learning materials/training modules used to train staff who man the Universal Credit Helpline (0800 328 5644) when they process telephone claims for claimants who are currently in receipt of legacy benefit Jobseeker’s Allowance and who have been given a letter advising them to make a claim for Universal Credit.
And could you also please provide me with a list of the learning materials/training modules used to train the staff who man the Universal Credit Helpline (0800 328 5644) when they process telephone claims for claimants who are currently in receipt of legacy benefit Jobseeker’s Allowance and who have been given a letter advising them to make a claim for Universal Credit. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Curtis Allan
