UC - JCP + System Supporting Domestic Violence
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please provide
1. How many JCP STAFF conducting the FIRST UC Interview, have access to the FULL UC ONLINE Application details (including Security details) of the applicant available to them at point of interview.
2. The Journal is shared between 'couples' and is NOT GDPR compliant.
Please explain what the DWP are doing to ensure both parties cannot view each others data. (DWP know and continue to promote this system that facilitates domestic violence)
What are the DWP doing to ensure both parties have EQUAL access to their own private data and responses, rather than directly facilitating Domestic Abuse
Doctors have patients arriving confirming this abuse.
3. Provide the POLICY and LEGISLATIVE statement in the event that the Applicants, 'partner' on the claim refuses to attend the FIRST application interview.
Please confirm Does the APPLICANT lose her/is benefit legally entitled to during the period not paid?
4. Advise what would happen (evidence by Policy and legislation statements)should only 1 person attend the FIRST interview (PSN/Commitment)
5. Confirm WHO (departments/roles) has access to Applicant Security Data (Photos, Drivers Licence, Passport etc..) provided on application.
6. Explain (Legislation) if this FIRST meeting is MANDATORY for BOTH parties, IF ALL DATA has been provided ONLINE confirming all security validations, and the legal commitment by the APPLICANT and those on the application...AND to the COMMITMENTS set within the online application.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Elliott

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'UC - JCP + System Supporting Domestic Violence'.
You state "You ask a large number of questions, and you should consider narrowing this number"
For the avoidance of doubt, I asked 6 questions. We do not consider this to be large.
The questions put are legislative ones in the main, so we are advised this should be readily, and easily available. Of course the DWP are delaying this deliberately. Such information must legally be held in any event, as you are aware (The DWP have written to me confirming you have a system with significant GDPR failures, and as such JCP staff also cannot handle matters, and are abusing claimants as a result.
I ask that the questions put are responded to without further deliberate delays, and 'redirection' to the ICO whom of course cannot answer these questions.
This is unwelcome, but a tactic used by the DWP across the board to deflect their abuses of people on a daily basis.
The system is illegal, and should be stopped immediately., People are on suicide watch, and Doctors are advising this system is bringing in many women mainly to their surgeries for being domestically abused due to your deliberate facilitation and ACTIVE requests (incontrovertible evidence based facts), of claimants to abuse their girlfriends/boyfriends to get benefits they are LEGALLY ENTITLED TO, else they lose them
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...
Yours faithfully,
Mr Elliott
