To the Department for Work and Pensions,

Subject: OFF-TOPIC REPLY FROM DWP

Sir/Madam,

You gave an off-topic answer.
I did NOT ask you to explain how benefits one was not entitled to, will be recovered eventually through a debt collection agency or by withholding future UC payments.

My question was HOW MANY UC CLAIMANTS HAVE TAKEN YOU TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR MISREPRESENTING THEIR CASE AND FOR UNDERPAYING THEM OR NOT PAYING THEM AT ALL.
You surely have the answer as you are one of the parties in case such a matter makes it to the small claims court.

Will you please reply to the question.
Thank you.
Regards,
Christine Cardigan

Yours faithfully,

Christine Cardigan
