Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

If the email address used for a UC account is deactivated by the service provider, what should a claimant do? The same goes for text messages going to claimant through their UC account, if the mobile number sim is lost or a new mobile contract is entered into with a new number, what should a claimant do?

Yours faithfully,

K Peel (Ms)
