Uber drivers caught using a false name

Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime did not have the information requested.

Dear Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime,

Please can you provide a breakdown of how many uber drivers or private hire drivers were caught or arrested from 2012 till 2017 using a false name while working the uber or any other private hire app based platform. The reason I ask this is because i believe the app based platforms enable drivers to car share and app share to save money which is dangerous for the travelling public. This may also fall in line with private hire drivers not registered to the app or car they were caught in.

Yours faithfully,

Gordon tracy
