I would like to request some information on the U-Pay prepayment scheme outlined on the St Peter's College website.

The website outlines: "An exemption from the pre-pay scheme can be requested for those whose dietary requirements cannot be met by College Catering."

Please could you outline:
- the criteria that students must meet to be granted an exemption
Plus some data about:
- the number of exemptions given in the past 3 years, including the GBP amount exempt (due to partial or full exemptions) and finally the reason given.

I am not requesting any personal information of any student. Any information deemed too personal should be given to it's maximum extent allowed (eg. specific disabilities may be outlined, or if this is too identifiable, the category of disability)
