Dear Essex Police, I am interested to know the shift patterns of Chelmsford's officers, especially within Tier 4, and with Coronavirus being in effect - Has this changed any of the operation proceedures of your department significantly, with regards to shift timing, and officer activity?

I would also like to know, on a given day, the average amount of foot patrol, and vehicular patrol units in and around the Chelmsford area. If there is data sorted by day and time, is there a "peak activity" at any particular day or time?
