Danielle Gregory

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

How many of the 170 plus high rise buildings that Southwark Council own and operate have had a type 4 assessment as defined in ‘fire safety in purpose built blocks of flats’ carried out since Grenfell?

How many Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments were carried out prior to Grenfell?

Please supply a copy of those Type 4 surveys undertaken.

For those blocks of flats not constituted as high rise (3, 4, 5 or 6 storeys high) can numbers be supplied for those that have had a type 4 assessment carried out.

Yours faithfully,

Danielle Gregory
