which was let through Bromley Homeseekers in 2018/19
where the rent exceeded £149.00 pw.

Please also provide the landlord name in each case.

Please provide the actual rents for every property, and not averages.

It is not possible to provide the information requested in this enquiry,
as it is not held in a reportable format and would exceed 18 hours of an
officer’s time to collate manually. Therefore exceeding the cost of
compliance limits identified in Section 12 of the Act.

are not obliged to do under the act if to do so would exceed the 18 hour
time limit.
