Mr Turnbull

We have done a careful review of the records held and whilst there have
been some historic twinning arrangements and other proposals, there
appears to be no active twinning agreements with Tower Hamlets.

of the handling of this request please write to:

It is a shame to read that Tower Hamlets is not aware of it, to be the twin city of Offenbach am Main/ Germany, were I live.

The twinned cities of our town are manifested on the concrete wall of the town hall.

I've been wondering when I was in London/Tower Hamlets, not to see any signs of twin cities when you enter the district.

How can it be, that the cousel or whoever is responsible for the reasearch or requests cannot give an answer on this?

Kind regards,
Nadja Stubberud
