(1) Did TVP serve a written notice on, or orally threaten, the Travellers camped, for less than half a day, on 17 May 2016, on land at Bodmin Avenue, Slough with Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 section 61 (link: legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1994/33/section/61) ?

(2) If, in answer to (1) above, TVP did :-

(a) what welfare enquiries did TVP undertake prior to the event ?

(b) what did the decision making officer classify the land as, Primary or Secondary ?

(c) why did the decision making officer believe section 61 was "a proportionate response" ?

(d) what rank was held by the decision making officer ?

(3) What was the rank of the person who decided TVP policy "Managing Unauthorised Encampments (version 2)" should be withheld from the public ?

(4) Please supply a named list of all active TVP policies currently concealed from the public.
