The chief constable at the time was a man, not a woman.

Hands Jonathan,

Dear Isa Bell

Further to your above Freedom of Information request, please could you
provide clarity regarding what is meant by; “In addition to ANPR spotting”
and “why are TVP's statutory constables (i.e. warranted personnel) omitted
from TVP's vast collections of records, local and force wide, on living
individuals?”

We will put your request on hold for 20 working days, pending
clarification.

Yours sincerely

Mr Hands,

I refer you to https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/1... and ask you to cancel your enquiry to me dated 20 August 2013 as it is inappropriate.

Your query “In addition to ANPR spotting” and “why are TVP's statutory constables (i.e. warranted personnel) omitted from TVP's vast collections of records, local and force wide, on living
individuals?” is unrelated to my questions about the tragic and suspicious death of David Kelly.

Kindly advise when you have cancelled your erroneous interjection.

Dear Thames Valley Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Thames Valley Police's handling of my FOI request 'TVP & David Kelly'.

The discovery of the body of the former Dr David Kelly was not a matter of National Security and therefore it would be bizarre and against the public interest for Thames Valley Police to conceal ordinary and routine matters from the public using this excuse.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

Isa Bell, London UK

How helpful then was that response? All except one question avoided, and that one question TVP claims to have no information about.
