The Ministry of Justice have been in touch with us to say they have reviewed this request and have concluded that they did not have the information which they released.

The Ministry of Justice have told us they ought to have replied with a "not held" response.

The Ministry of Justice have asked us to remove the entire correspondence thread. We haven't done that.

They asked us to specifically consider the publication of the names of the two presenters given in the Power Point presentation. One name that of TV Licensing spokesman Warren Carr; Mr Carr is a public facing individual who regularly appears in the media in relation to his role.

We have removed the name of the other individual, described as a "Capita Court Presenter".

Dear Mark Elias,

please treat this email as a new request for information.

It seems that the "Ministry of Justice" followed up on your kind reply to me (FOI 85419) to attempt to withdraw the information released as it "was not held".

Can you please release any and all correspondents received to or sent by your office in this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Salter

Why remove the name of the "Capita Court Presenter"? He or she appears in open court and their name and role is a matter of public record.

If you download the presentation instead of viewing it on-line, you'll find the name of the Capita Court Presenter is still on the final slide. How long that will last - who knows?

I just tried to raise a complaint to the ICO which has been declined due to the length of time since the Judical Office started ignoring me.

The new request is here :-

This office do not keep email records after 12 months - appalling.

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

So they no longer have any trace of this incident, their lack of followup nor the original exchanges.
