Dear Health and Safety Executive,
Under the Freedom of Information Act .

Can you please send supply me the information I request in relation to Turner Newall Asbestos Cement Trafford Park Manchester.

Information I request is in relation to breaches recomendation’s of Health & Safety in relation to and or dust controls & maintenance.

Given nature of turners newall business I would reasonable expect health safety executives office to hold some if not all the information reports recomendations I request.

Information dates is late 80 Of business and 1960 / 75 Inclusive.

Thanks for your timely reply to my FOI act request.

Reference No 2018/03148.

Clearly I appreciate information found thus far BUT I was after information from Turners Asbestos Cement Trafford Park Manchester, Asburton Road West site.

I reilise it’s been some time since Factory was operational in Trafford Park Manchester but I was under impression from previous H&S conversation’s that issues of asbestos and probable litagation warranted H&S Office keeping information longer as was in public’s intrest.
