Dear Andy Powell

The date that the response is due for your request, EIR2025/00514, has
been changed to 8th July

Thank you for your email.

I am writing to you regarding the above request. I can confirm the Council
holds the information you have requested; however, it may be subject to a
qualified exemption under the Freedom of Information Act. Although the
Freedom of Information Act carries a presumption in favour of disclosure,
it provides exemptions which may be used to withhold information in
specified circumstances. Some of these exemptions, referred to as
'qualified exemptions', are subject to a public interest test. This test
is used to balance the public interest in disclosure against the public
interest in favour of withholding the information. As permitted by section
10(3) of FOIA, Oxford City Council requires further time to consider the
public interest test in relation to the data requested and to carry out
consultations with third parties.

In accordance with paragraph 4.6 of the Code of Practice, Oxford City
Council considers a 20 working day extension would be appropriate at this
stage and will therefore aim to respond to you latest by 8th July

Many thanks,

Freedom of Information Officer
