Dear Ms Mosely

I refer to your request dated 18 March 2024 under the Freedom of
Information Act asking to supply the following information:

Highways Major Projects Stakeholder Engagement and Media Consultants:

The details we require are:

1. Start date & duration of framework/contract?

Response – Start date 7.2.21.  Initial end date 31.3.23.  Extended to
30/11/2024 to ensure continuity of consultations across the TCF programme
extending into 2023/24 financial years.

2.  Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

Response – No.

3.  Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

Response – A new contract was procured for Highways Major Project
Stakeholder Engagement and Media Consultants which commenced on 13
November 2023 for an initial period through to 2026 with possibility for
extension for a further year.

4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

Response - Darren Badrock

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
