The request was successful.

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

I am writing your fine office as I had written the Lord Chancellor at 102 Petty France, London on the 8th of November 2017 and the Lord Chancellor had got a A Harrison to write me back on the 23 rd of January 2018..... A Harrison wrote me from ...HM Courts and Tribunals, Customer Investigations Team, 6th floor (6.02), 102 Petty France, London, SW1H 9AJ

On receiving A Harrison's letter I was responding to this letter and to our new Lord Chancellor Gauke concerning the said matter and had sent a FedEx package number 8124-4747-4832 to the Ministry of Justice... with pertinent information to clarify this matter as to what A Harrison had written me on earlier...

however the Ministry of Justice would not accept my letter and package of information from FedEx as they tried to deliver it twice on February 27th and 28th. I humbly ask you is the Ministry of Justice and HM Courts and Tribunals Service at 102 Petty France, not accepting letters and packages delivered via FEDEX and if this be the case how does one get a relevant reply letter or package delivered to the Ministry of Justice at 102 Petty France, in London???

Yours faithfully,
John D Wildish

HMCTS Customer Service (Correspondence),

Dear Mr Wildish,

Thank you for your email to the Data Access and Compliance Unit dated 1 March. This has been passed to HM Courts and Tribunals Service Customer Investigations Team for a reply.

All post addressed to the Secretary of State for Justice is scanned for threats at an external facility before being delivered to 102 Petty France. As your letter was delivered by a courier it did not go through these checks and so our security team could not accept the delivery.

If you wish to resend your letter you can do so by post or by email to the HMCTS Customer Investigations Team at: [email address]

Kind regards,

Tom

The email address in the response from HMCTS is: cusotmerinvestigaitons@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

Please note that UK Government is moving away from the '.gsi' email system, therefore we do not believe the address to still be active.

Unfortunately the address given prompted the error:

"550 5.4.1 [cusotmerinvestigaitons@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk]: Recipient address rejected: Access denied"

Dropping the .GSI. resulted in the error:

"DNS Error: 5997615 DNS type 'mx' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk responded with code NOERROR 5997615 DNS type 'mx' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk had no relevant answers. 5997615 DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk responded with code NOERROR 5997615 DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk had no relevant answers. 5997615 DNS type 'a' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk responded with code NOERROR 5997615 DNS type 'a' lookup of hmcts.gov.uk had no relevant answers."

An address which appears to work, despite being rather unusual, is:

"ComplaintsCorres&LT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk"
