I refer to your below Freedom of Information Act request received on 28^th
March 2011

Who are the Trustees of the Norfolk Police Pension Fund?

We are uncertain as to what information you are seeking and request the
following clarification from you before we can respond to your request.

1. There are two separate pension schemes for member of Norfolk
Constabulary; one is the pension scheme for police officers and the other
is the Local Government pension scheme for police staff. Which pension
scheme are you interested in or are you seeking information on both?

2. Neither scheme will have trustees as such as they are government
administered schemes. Can you please clarify what information you are
seeking?

Please note that until we receive your response to this clarification
request the 20 working day limit under the FOI Act for us to provide you
with a reply is suspended.
