Dear M Francis,

Firstly our apologies for our late response to your request.

Please find attached a copy of the minutes of the safety advisory group
relating to this years TRUCK festival.

The section covering alcohol is toward the end of the document. The
council does not hold any other information on this issue. Please note the
minutes are a summary of the key decisions and not a verbatim account of
the discussions held.

The Powerpoint presentation referred to in the minutes is not a public
document as it is owned by the festival promoters and may contain
commercially sensitive information.

Dear M Francis,

It seems that the second document of the SAG minutes was not correctly
attached to my original email.

As previously stated the issue of alcohol sales is towards the end of the
minutes.
