Wirral Council thanks you for your request:

Regeneration and Environment can confirm the contract with ‘Amenity Tree
Care’ company does not price ‘per tree’ for tree felling or planting.
Therefore this information is not reported back to the Council and we have
no recorded information to provide to you as this data is held by the tree
felling company themselves.

To assist and advise you we can confirm that the annual budget for highway
tree maintenance is £220,000  and details of all Wirral Council’s
financial transactions to suppliers and providers that are equal to or
greater than £500 are published at the following link
[1]http://www.wirral.gov.uk/my-services/cou....
For further information, the Council only held a contract with Amenity
Tree Care from March 2008 to July 2013.

We trust you find this information of assistance, thank you for your
enquiry, kind regards
