Dear Health and Safety Executive,

A video has been circulating in recent months of a team of Tree Surgeons felling a roadside tree and narrowly missing a cyclist. I think the footage was taken in London, possibly in Lewisham but I don't know anything else. A the video can be viewed here:

I would like to know the name of the Company involved and what action has been taken by the HSE so far.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Dalton

Dear Joseph Hodrien,
Thank you for your response. I realise this may not be the correct channel for this question but I was wondering if you will now be conducting an investigation into this fairly serious breach of health and safety?

Yours sincerely,

Ian Dalton
