Tree Protection orders Humberstone fitties only

The request was successful.

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,
I wondered if you would provide the lists of Trees that have a Tree Preservation. Order them for Humberstone fitties only, plus the ones that haven't and provide a up to date information as of 2023

Please can you advise on what legal action is regarding the 11 green spaces, which illegal work took place on in these plots without planning permission, and what the nelc enforcement team is planning in action and are the Trees which have been cut down are going to be replaced

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Shaw

Dear Sir / Madam

Thank you for your information request, reference number NELC/28709/2324.
I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information:

I wondered if you would provide the lists of Trees that have a Tree
Preservation. Order them for Humberston Fitties only, plus the ones that
haven't and provide a up to date information as of 2023.

No trees on Humberston Fitties are currently covered by a Tree
Preservation Order

NELC do not hold details on all trees without a Tree Preservation Order as
there is no statutory requirement to do so.

Please can you advise on what legal action is regarding the 11 green
spaces, which illegal work took place on in these plots without planning
permission, and what the NELC enforcement team is planning in action and
are the Trees which have been cut down are going to be replaced?

All enforcement cases opened are publicly available on [1]Planning
enforcement | NELC (nelincs.gov.uk) using the section “Search for an
enforcement case”

This webpage also contains details on enforcement notices, breach of
condition notices and stop notices.
