Dear Copeland Borough Council,

Please provide me with the following information:-

1) A copy of the survey of the trees protected by tree Preservation Order No.65 at Beck Rise, Beckermet which was carried out by the Council in early 2011 in relation to my Freedom of Information request regarding the Tree Preservation Order.

2) A copy of the application number 02/1386/TPO which relates to Tree Preservation Order No.65. This application was not present in the information I received from the Council but reference to it was made.

Dear Denise James,

Thank you for the above information and for taking the time to provide me with it. Please note the following -

FOI 1332 Appendix 4.docx states:

(G1 now contains 4 x Sycamore (two to the rear of 16 Beck Rise and two to the rear of 15 Beck Rise) with one Turkey Oak and one Sycamore being removed from the original description.)

Please note that this needs corrected as G1 relates to the rear of 13 & 15 Beck Rise

The document records that T10 & T11 (Elm) have been removed, I am aware that RC/4/09/2396/TPO relates to an application to fell T11 however I have not been provided with the application to fell/remove T10. I would be grateful if you could provide me with the information relating to the removal of T10.

FOI 1332 Appendix 3.pdf

This document refers to applications TP/PP/4/02/1384 & TP/PP/4/02/1385. With reference to previous information requests relating to TPO. No.65 I was informed that I had been provided with all applications, however I have also not received information relating to these two applications. I would be grateful if I could be provided with copies of these applications.
