1. All documents related to where to plant trees?
2. Long term management plans for planted trees?
3. Survival rates of planted trees?

Unfortunately we do not hold documents of the type you mention such as
Tree planting plans/land banks/management plans. If it is of help, the
relevant department estimates our survival rate at 75%, however, we do not
monitor this as a matter of course.
