Dear Abdul
I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a position to respond on behalf of Broadland District Council. My response is outlined below along with your questions for ease of reference.
1. All documents related to where to plant trees? – on our website we suggest that the Woodland Trust is a good place to find information on how to select a good place to plant trees https://www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov...
2. Long term management plans for planted trees? We don’t provide long term management guidance when we are providing tree planting grants, we offer some advice for after care of the trees for the first few years from our website https://www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov...
3. Survival rates of planted trees? Under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am advising you that the Council does not hold the information you have requested, ase haven’t requested information about survival rates on our tree planting grants.
I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your requirements, but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me, please feel free to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the information provided or how your request was handled, please let me know and I will explain how you can request an internal review of our decision.
Please quote BFOI 23-423 in any further correspondence concerning this request.
Regards.
Tracy Brady
