We write in response to your recent Freedom of Information enquiry
regarding tree maintenance works in Asbury Road, Wallasey. Your enquiry
“Can you please provide details of the number of referrals made by the

Please see attached spreadsheet detailing the referrals received. We have
also attached print outs from our CRM database detailing those enquiries
and relevant actions taken as a result. Some information has been
redacted from the attached, being personal data of 3^rd parties who made
referrals and the names of junior staff members. Those redactions are
made subject to Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
which exempts the release of personal data per the definition in the Data
Protection Act 2018.
There is also a further update from the latest enquiry as follows:
