Dear Jamie,

Having consulted our Information Area I have been advised that we would
not be able to provide the majority of the information that you are
requesting, due to the fact that it is not recorded electronically in an
easily accessible format to search the information, therefore, it would
exceed the "Fees Limit" of 18 hours considerably.

In respect of the first part of your request which we may be able to
provide information on, we would require you to confirm the ICD10 codes in
respect of the conditions listed.

The total number of outpatients diagnosed with the following conditions:

· Mild to moderate depression
· General anxiety disorder
· Stress

On receipt of the ICD10 information we may be able to deal with that part
of the request, unfortunately, the rest of the request would require over
18 hours to deal with.

Your request will remain on hold until this is received.

Please contact me if you have any questions, quoting the above reference.

Thank you and kind regards,

Nigel D Heness
