Dear Oliver

Further to your recent email acknowledged by the Trust on 25^th November
2022.

We passed your request for information onto the department concerned and
they have asked for some clarification, as follows:

HR+ve usually means hormone receptor positive. These patients don’t get
monotherapy with trastuzumab (Herceptin). This is for HER2+ve patients. Do
you mean HER2+ve?

In seeking this clarification from you I am entitled under the Act to stop
the clock on your request and the target date will therefore be modified
dependent on the date we receive your response.
