Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of the Council’s resources have being
refocussed to prioritise protection and support of the people and
businesses of Plymouth, and the continuity of our essential services. This
means that in the meantime, there will be less staff available to assist
with your request. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Our response will be sent by email or hard copy depending on how you made
your request and how the information is held. 

 

If we’re unable to gather the information you’ve asked for within the cost
limit set by the government, which is 18 hours of staff time or £450, we
will contact you to discuss how we can meet your information needs within
this limit.
