Traveling laws in Scotland
Dear The Law Society,
Hi,
Please can you advise that if when traveling on a motorcycle legaly on the road that’s insured for social domestic and pleasure, if it comes under the same law as driving?
As described in Blacks dictionary of Law.
Also can it fraud to giving true information to the police without understanding the Law (please refer to Blacks dictionary of Law) or can this be entrapment?
Also are the police allowed to hide up a dirt track road? With a hand held lazor gun at Dusk without being seen? Or is this entrapment?
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Brendan Mair
