Information request

Your correspondence was received by Network Rail on 16^th October 2021. I
can confirm that your request is being processed under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Environmental Information Regulations
(EIR). I will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible and in any
event by 12^th November 2021.

I understand you are asking us to provide the following information:

“I would like to request a digital copy of the various COVID-19 Travel
With Confidence announcements that can be heard at your managed stations.
Anything sent to me will be used only personally and will not be
distributed.”

On occasion we may need to consult with third parties about requests, in
line with the recommendations in the Code of Practice issued by the
Cabinet Office.

it through a Subject Access Request (SAR) under the Data Protection Act
