Ask for a date of going live and then re-assert your request. When all info is collated it will be in one place and cost effective. Also, they are, by FOI law, supposed to direct you to the information since it is a public body (this is a breach under s15 (1)(a) & s15(2) which then breaches the code of practice under s60 & subsection 1 of that) 'duty to provide advice & assistance'. Also the IT systems are still up and running as i6 is still in testing stage so a quick email from the data provider to the forces should get you what you need. Refusal of a request is a Legal citation for the data officer under FOISA s65 'attempting to subvert the FOISA' by withholding information under public interest and involves interplay with the data Protection Act for 'non compliance' under s24(4) & 24(5), s47 (2)(a) & 47(2)(b).

Phew. After all that... I'm knackered! Good luck. Am curious about your request!!
