I would like to understand more about your ICT provision. Could you please advise me;

1) Which third party ICT managed services providers do you use for your voice and Data networks?
2) Who are the technology providers of your voice systems, eg Microsoft, MiTel, Siemens, Cisco etc?
3) Do you have existing Session Border Controllers and if so who is your supplier and vendor?
4) Who are the technology providers of any videoconferencing systems eg Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg etc ?
9) Which contact center vendor do you currently use e.g. Genesys, Avaya, Nice Incontact etc. ?
5) Who are the technology providers of your current data networking eg Cisco, HP etc?
6) Who provides your wide area network?
7) When does your WAN contract end/come up for renewal?
8) How many sites are connected to your WAN?

confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions and our

Capita, Daisy.

2)Who are the technology providers of your voice systems, eg Microsoft,
MiTel, Siemens, Cisco etc? 

Avaya, MiTel.

3)Do you have existing Session Border Controllers and if so who is your
supplier and vendor?

We don’t have any existing SBCs.    

4)Who are the technology providers of any videoconferencing systems eg
Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg etc ?  

Microsoft Teams, Poly.

9)Which contact  center vendor do you currently use e.g. Genesys, Avaya,
Nice Incontact etc. ?  

Avaya.

5)Who are the technology providers of your current data networking eg
Cisco, HP etc?

Mostly Cisco for LAN/WAN/WiFi network technology, and mostly CheckPoint
and Juniper for network security.

6)Who provides your wide area network?

The corporate WAN is provided by Capita.

7)When does your WAN contract end/come up for renewal?

The corporate WAN contract reaches its current term in August 2023 with
options to extend up to another 5 years.

8)How many sites are connected to your WAN?

There are approximately 1,000 sites on the corporate WAN.

9)Which contact  center vendor do you currently use e.g. Genesys, Avaya,
Nice Incontact etc. ?  

Avaya.
