TRANSPARENCY: Application C100 interchanges within CAFCASS

The remit between Secretary of State and CAFCASS emphasises Transparency
1. Can you please provide the information CAFCASS hold where the applicant of the C100 is no longer considered to have a case as was outlined by Ms Walters
2. What is the bureaucratic process/guidelines/information CAFCASS hold whereby the applicant no longer has ‘a case’ but the child becomes the official holder of the case
3. How do CAFCASS provide information to the applicant that their case, as they sign and pay for when submitting the C100 is no longer their personal case as this is the information now on record provided any Ms Walters Leeds therefore at what point in the family law procedure does this happen please provide the information to justify this and a detailed explanation
4. Why is the applicant not informed by CAFCASS their case when CAFCASS FCA is allocated is not their case but the child’s
