Dear Mr. Bates,
I write in response to your email for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is a team of people who love and look after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, Banqueting House Whitehall and Hillsborough Castle. We are a charity and we depend on the support of our visitors, members, donors, sponsors and volunteers to give the palaces a future, for everyone.

Unfortunately, we do not have an account code specifically for translation so we cannot readily identify this information for you. I can advise that HRP is a very diverse organisation. As such, we have native language speakers for most European and Asian countries and only need such translation services when doing a major guidebook or leaflet updates. This is not a regular occurrence.
We use only English in the majority of our Interpretation signage at our sites so have little to no spend in that area.
I do hope this answers your request. HRP has an internal review procedure. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request an internal review by writing to the Governance Manager via post (Governance Manager, Apt 39, Hampton Court Palace, Surrey, KT8 9AU) or via email ([Historic Royal Palaces request email]) explaining your reasons for seeking a review.
If you are then not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision:
