Translation and Interpretation Services

Could you or one of your team please respond to me with the following information?
• What language services are currently used – please feel free to highlight relevant options? i.e spoken interpreting, non-spoken interpreting (BSL), document translation, telephone interpreting and video interpreting.
• What is your current usage and spend on these services annually? If you provide a split by service type that would be appreciated.
• Are you currently contracted with a language service agency? When date does the contract end on? Do you have 1 supplier providing a managed service or multiple suppliers?
• Who are your incumbent suppliers?
• What languages are most used?
• Once your contract ends how will you tender? Will it be via a framework OR directly by your own team?
• When do you plan to tender for language services?
• Which procurement portal will you use for any language service tenders? This is so I can make sure we are registered on the relevant portal.
