Dear Haringey Borough Council,

I am pleased that the Council was successful in its bid for the TCA 2015-16. Some residents at the Northumberland Park Residents Association committee meeting on 29 June were shown a document detailing the implementation of the programme, but it was difficult to see clearly on screen. Please could you supply it for reading?

Yours faithfully,

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Mr Lindsay-Smith,

Thank you for your request for information received on 02 July 2015, in
which you asked for the following information:

RE: Transformational Challenge Award - implementation

My response is as follows:

Please see attached, this document is not the implementation of the
transformation challenge award.

The document attached is a draft delivery plan detailing potential
projects. Many of the projects are under developed and still need further
scoping. There are key elements of this process that need to be completed.
For example the development of the residents board that will steer the
processes / priorities of the TCA and hold partners to account.

The projects included are very high level snap shots of what and how
things could be delivered. For each project, I would expect the leads to
create a more detailed plan on how they intend to deliver.

There is still further consultation to be done, hence this first draft,
this delivery plan is not set in stone and could be subject to significant
change pending the views of the community once the resident board is
trained and set up.

Also attached is a proposed structure of flows of information – this might
be confusing but I’m happy to take the Northumberland Park RA through this
proposed process.

Hope this helps,
