Dear Department of Health (Northern Ireland),

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to the allocation of £281k to “Autism Pathway Reform” from the £100m Transformation Fund available in 2018/19 through the Confidence and Supply agreement:

1. What was the source of the bid (what information prioritised the content of the bid) what public consultation was carried out, how was the amount calculated and what agency is ultimately accountable for ensuring targets and budgets are met.
2. A copy of the application/bid documentation for the above referenced Autism Pathway Reform.
3. Documentation detailing how the £281k has been allocated within the Department of Health, Health and Social Care Board and across the Health and Social Care Trusts, to include a financial breakdown of amounts set against location and service/purpose funded.
4. Documentation detailing the targets set and the outcomes that have been achieved.
5. Details of external accountability to validate the effectiveness of the spend to achieve the stated goals/targets/outcomes sent in the originating bid/application.
6. Documentation detailing the placement of the Autism Pathway Reform within the Autism Act (NI) 2011 and the mandated NI Autism Strategy and Action Plan. In particular, any minutes of meetings involved in the discussion of the Autism Pathway Reform.
