Transfer Out KPI Data
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme which the authority administers. Specifically, I am requesting detailed performance data for Transfer Out cases over the past 36 months (from 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2024).
Data Requested:
1. Number of Transfer Out (split between Main Scheme and AVC, if possible) cases processed each month.
2. Number of Transfer Out (split between Main Scheme and AVC, if possible) cases completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) target timeframe each month.
3. Percentage of Transfer Out (split between Main Scheme and AVC, if possible) cases completed within the SLA target timeframe each month.
4. The SLA target timeframe applicable to Transfer Out (split between Main Scheme and AVC, if possible) cases during each period.
I would appreciate a complete, detailed dataset for the Transfer Out performance data above, provided in an electronic format, such as a spreadsheet (eg Excel or CSV).
If my request is unclear or requires further clarification, please let me know as soon as possible.
