what documents you are requesting.  For example, are you requesting copies
of title plans or site plans?

Thank you for your reply.

Title plans would be useful but I am particularly looking for documents relating to the transfer which relate to how, why and when the land was transferred. Was it sold and if so, for how much? If not, why did the transfer of title take place? Email communications, for instance or meeting minutes between SBC and NHS Properties might help shed light on these questions.
