Dear Mr Elibank,

It would be disproportionate to post the full hearing transcript on a
public website, which would show in search engine results indefinitely.

Dear Claire,

Thank you for the explanation. My understanding of the Freedom of Information Act is that I have supplied a valid address for correspondence and that you should therefore supply the requested information to it.

This approach has been upheld by the Information Commissioner: see paragraphs 106-108 of this guidance <https://ico.org.uk/media/for-organisatio...> and in Decision Notice FS50276715, which related to another public authority concerned about its information being published on the internet.

If your interpretation of the Act is different it would be helpful if you could specify the provision which you understand to give you discretion to refuse to supply information to a given address on the grounds of being "disproportionate".

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Claire,

Please could I remind you that you are required to provide me with the information I requested by close of play tomorrow.

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Claire,

Your response to my FOI request is now overdue and you are therefore breaking the law.

I will need to hear back from you by noon today (6 May) with an update on how you will be rectifying this.

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Claire,

A complaint has now been made to the Information Commissioner's Office which I will happily withdraw when you respond.

Steve

Dear Claire,

Your response is now a week overdue and you are in serious breach of the FOIA - which is primary legislation - sections 1, 10 and 16

I would appreciate an urgent update. ,
