Transcript of Hearing

Simon Hoyle made this Freedom of Information request to Health and Care Professions Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Health and Care Professions Council,

Please supply the transcript of the hearing of HCPC -v- Matthew Geary which took place on 10th and 13th March. Whilst I made a request for these notes on Friday and was assured they would be "Fastracked", it seems you are more responsive if every request is made as an FOI, and on this site.

Further, as this is a public document, please do not encrypt it or make it so that a password is necessary to access it.

Yours faithfully,

Simon Hoyle

FOI, Health and Care Professions Council
