Transactions over £500 from April
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for publishing your spend data here: https://www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk/en/ou...
However, I notice that you haven't published any spending data since March.
We understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it may not have been a priority to publish your spending data. However, we strongly believe that the spending data is critical to understanding how Government functions and this data is vital for our work. We would be extremely grateful if you could update this information as soon as reasonably possible.
We’ve decided to continue to use the FOI process to request data as this gives us both a formal structure for making and responding to requests. So, I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all transactions over £500 from April to at most a quarter in arrears from the date at which you publish in response to this request.
Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.
Your team may also be interested in the guidance on producing spending data:

For the avoidance of doubt, I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act. I await your response within 20 working days.
Yours Faithfully,

Dear Zsofia Molnar,
I am writing in response to your e-mail below requesting information from
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
Your email below has been passed to the Information Governance team to
process under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
In order for us to process your request please advise the following: The
link below is a link to the Vale of Glamorgan Council please advise if
this is this request has been sent to the UHB in error? If not please
confirm the exact details of what you are requesting.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives individuals the right to access
official information. The Act allows the right to request any recorded
information held by a public authority, such as Cardiff and Vale UHB. A
request can be made for any information it is thought a public authority
may hold. The right only covers recorded information which includes
information held on computers, in emails and in printed or handwritten
documents as well as images, video and audio recordings.
A request can take the form of a question, rather than a request for
specific documents, but an authority does not have to answer your question
if this would mean creating new information or giving an opinion or
judgment that is not already recorded.
As you are making a request under the Freedom of Information Act the UHB
will consider your request in accordance with the Act and in line with the
appropriate guidance issued by the Information Commissioner as detailed
below.
The UHB will:
• identify which questions amount to requests for information held on
record;
• be ready to offer advice and assistance that is reasonable in the
circumstances; and
• provide a response in line with the requirements of the legislation.
I would now like to confirm that your request has been forwarded to the
relevant department to action. A further response will be issued in due
course.
As your request is being dealt with under FoI, there is a deadline of 20
working days for response to be issued.
Yours sincerely,
William Woodings
